Privacy notice
This notice explains what Pipeline Systems collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it short and plain.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else about you through this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That means replying to you, arranging the line survey you asked for, and talking it through with you. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are never sold, rented or traded. They are seen only by the people at Pipeline Systems who handle your request, and by the service that hosts this website and passes the form to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track how you move through these pages.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to caitlin.brooks@pipelinesystems.co, or use the contact form and tell us what you would like. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will not contact you again.
